Let's eat!

Let’s eat … yoghurt with blueberries and raspberries

This one is great all year around. If you live in a smaller town or in a remote area, it might be difficult to get blueberries and raspberries all year around.

You need about 200 ml of yoghurt, a cup of blueberries, and a cup of raspberries.

Make sure you wash the blueberries and the raspberries before adding them to the yoghurt unless they are home-grown. I usually put them into a strainer, and then I pour tepid (lukewarm) water over them – make sure that the flow is very gentle for raspberries as they are quite delicate. You can also let them dry in the sun for about 30 minutes.

Then, just put all three ingredients into a bowl. You can add honey to sweeten it, or perhaps coconut flakes on top.
