I also used to love to make this one. It is super easy to make and it tastes delicious.
2 packets of vanilla sugar
6 tablespoons of oil
6 tablespoons of sugar
24 tablespoons of milk
10 tablespoons of flour
1 packet of vanilla pudding mix
1 packet of chocolate pudding mix
10 g of baking powder
Whisk one egg, add 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of oil. Then add 12 tablespoons of milk to the mixture and whisk well. Add 5 tablespoons of flour and whisk well. Add 1 packet of pudding mix and whisk well. Add 5 g of baking powder and whisk well. You can also add rum.
Do the same, but in a different cup, and this time add the other pudding mix.
Slightly oil the pan, then first pour the darker mixture (so, chocolate), then pour the lighter mixture (but leave out the edges). Add the fruit of your choice which needs to be cut into small pieces.
Put into the oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes (until slightly brown; when you put a toothpick into it, it should come out clear).
