I don’t drink cow milk or eat dairy products so I have to look for alternatives. While there is plenty to choose from when it comes to ”milk”, it can be a bit challenging when it comes to yoghurt because most are soy-based and there are quite a few articles that do not recommend soy. I was really happy to find coconut yoghurts in our stores – this was only a few weeks ago. They are by Xotic – I use summer berry flavour.
I just pour it into a bowl and then I add oat cereal. I found one that is extra soft so you don’t have to soak it in water overnight, you simply just add it and it kind of melts when you mix the two together. I use Alnatura’s Haferflocken zartschmelzend.
Then I just slice a banana into it and get this yummie mixture. It tastes so much better than it looks, trust me. 😀
